The group was founded in February 2020 and in a very short time has become one of the most up-coming investment firm in the region.
We are a group of private individuals (no brokers or large companies) who are currently working on putting together a "cooperative" with different company locations. Through know-how, synergies and best practices, we manage to combine companies, knowledge and networks. This guarantees growth in the market as well as preservation of jobs that may be endangered. Together we are strong.

November 2021: Bouwensch Equity and Dynamic Bytes bundle their strengths.
To enlarge the footprint in the world, both equity companies bundle their ability to act fast if needed. With Bouwensch concentrating on the European market, Dynamic takes the more Global Approach. On this site we will share the latest news from both companies as we have a common goal. Together we are strong.
March 2021: Group expands to the Media & Entertainment Market
We can now also welcome a startup into the group. This UK based innovative Media and Entertainment company is about to disrupt the market. Our next article will be about what they do and the vision they incorporate. The team has more then 30 years of experience and therefor brings skill and the latest technology to the table. October 2020: Second wave going out.

August 2020: Our first event with a selected group went well.
Coffee event: As a passionate barista, Mark took the word Espresso as it is. Espresso is a word from Italian referring to coffee brewed by forcing steam or hot water through finely ground coffee. This method is quick, involves "pressing" water through coffee, and the word is very close to the English word "express," which shares those meanings. According to Mark, this is how our business is done. "Quick and with no nonsense" Lets keep up the good work and find more companies to join. Thanks team for the first quarter. Great result. to bad we cannot share it yet. Together we are strong.
June 2020: The dream team is ready to "rumble".
The official letters and invitations are prepared and the process is in place to incorporate the interested companies into the group. With the first wave (test) out we already received some traction and the first negotiations are happening right now. We had some delay due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but at the same time the interest to talk to us is overwhelming. Hope to close the first deals soon.
February 2020: Bouwensch Equity Group comes to life.
With the hard times coming up and a lot of companies as company owners (re)considering their future, a small group of private entrepreneurs decided to see what they could achieve by creating a cooperative. This kind of bundeling creates strenght and best of breed. It widens the spectrum of the individual and secures jobs at the same time. Our motto: Together we are strong.
